Ingredients
2 Cups Basmati Rice (cooked)
½ Cup French Beans (chopped)
½ Cup Red Bellpepper (chopped)
1 Onion
2 Whole spices(bayleaves, cloves, cinnamon stick)
½ Tsp Garam masala powder
½ Tsp Cumin Seed Powder
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
5 Curry Leaves
Oil as reqd.
Salt to taste

Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the whole spices n let them fry. Add the chopped onion with 1/4tsp of salt n stir until the onions turns trasnculent.
2. Add the chopped french beans with pepper powder, garam masala powder, cumin seed powder and curry leaves also with enough salt. Stir fry for few minutes or until the oil get separates.
3. Add the chopped red bellpepper pieces n stir just for 2 minutes, redbellpepper pieces should be crunchy.
4. Add the cooked rice to the veggies, toss gently until the rice get well mixed with spices n veggies.
5. Serve hot with papads or anyother side dishes as u desire!
Hint: You can add other veggies of your choice like peas, potatoes, sweet-corn, baby-corn etc
