Chinese Vegetable Coriander Soup can be made with a number of variations. You can use vinegar, soya-sauce, spring-onions as per your taste. I prefer it to be more healthy and so avoid use of too many artificial sauces. This recipe is for a healthy and tasty soup. Enjoy it with your family, friends and relatives.
Ingredients
7 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)

1 Carrot (Grated)
30 Gms Cabbage (Grated)
30 Gms Cauliflower (Finely Chopped)
¼ Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Corn-flour
1 Tsp Oil
1 Lime Juice
½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)
Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the carrot, garlic, cabbage and cauliflower and sauté for 3-4 mins.
- Then add pepper, salt, sugar and 3 cups of water.
- After the water boils reduce the flame.
- Dissolve the cornflour in ½ cup of water, remove the lumps and add it to the boiling soup.
- Simmer till the mixture starts thickening.
- Finally, add the coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Serve hot.
Hint: You can also add soya-sauce as per your taste.
