Butter Naan

Butter Naan is delicious and easy to make. You can make it in a variety of ways like adding garlic, cheese, coriander or then just let it be plain. This is a tried and tested recipe by me and it tasted great.

Ingredients

1 Cup Plain Flour (maida) 
1 Cup Milk (approximately)
2 Tbsp Curd (dahi)
2 to 3 Pinches Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Butter
Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)
Salt to Taste

Method
  1. Mix maida, baking soda and salt. Add milk (as reqd.), butter and curd and make it into a dough.
  2. Cover with a muslin cloth and Keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
  3. Now make balls out of the dough.
  4. Put tava on high flame. Roll the maida balls into rotis and heat one side on the tava then flip it and heat the other side.
  5. Take it off the heat. Put butter on the front side of the roti and sprinkle a pinch of coriander on top.
  6. Serve hot with a gravy or sabzi.
