Ingredients
30 Gms Maida
20 Gms Butter
¾ Cup Milk
20 Gms cheese
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Potatoes (Boiled Mashed)
½ Cup Spaghetti
1 Tbsp Onion
6 Green Chilies
A Little Mustard Powder
Salt to Taste
3-4 Flakes Garlic Paste
3 Eggs
Oil for Frying
A Few Coriander Leaves
Method
- Finely chop green chilies, coriander leaves, spaghetti and grate the onion.
- In a pan heat butter, add flour and cook on slow flame without browning it.
- Add milk to it and mix till it becomes thick.
- Remove from fire and add grated cheese, salt, finely chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, mustard powder, garlic paste, mashed potatoes, finely cut spaghetti and onions. Mix well.
- The mixture will be quite thick. Divide it into walnut sized balls and flatten them like patties and coat then with bread crumbs.
- Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them well.
- Dip the cutlets in egg batter and fry in oil till golden brown on medium flame.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
