Grilled Salmon and Scallops

11:47 AM | Publish by Nish's

Salmon is the kind of fish that anyone would love. I have come across a lot of people who don’t like fish but even then enjoy the salmon fish. It is firm and easy to grill.
Salmon fish is very nutritional for our health if taken in appropriate quantity. It contains omega 3 fatty acids which helps the blood to flow easily and prevents the build of plaque in our arteries.
Scallops too are extremely beneficial to our health. A recent study has proved that scallops help in reducing the risk of cancer and is very good for our cardiovascular health. Scallops are also very good for curing and preventing asthma.
Therefore, the following recipe is indeed a step towards healthy food. We often come across people who say that healthy food is not enjoyed but here is a recipe which along with being healthy can be enjoyed by all.
