Ingredients
1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
¼ Tsp Red Chili Powder
½ Kg Curd
A Pinch Zeera Powder
A pinch Ajwain
A Few Coriander Leaves
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Black Salt Powder to Taste
Soda Bi-Carbonate a Big Pinch
Method
- Make thick batter of besan with water, soda-bicarbonate, ajwain, salt, a pinch of chili powder and keep it aside
- Heat oil and pour batter through boondi-jara and fry light brown and crisp.
- Remove and drain the fat thoroughly. Soak boondi in water for some time.
- Beat up curd-add salt and well squeezed boondi and mix well.
- Garnish it with remaining powder masalas and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
