Well, we usually make sandwiches and I was fed up of eating the same sandwiches we always had consisting of onions, tomatoes and potatoes and at times added some chicken. I opened my refrigerator to check what I could make instead. I saw we had too many vege’s brinjal, cabbage, etc.. that’s when I thought of putting cabbage for some innovative use and tried to make a different sandwich. Sandwiches are usually eaten as snacks but we ended up having them as dinner and enjoyed our meal completely. This is how I got my sandwich recipe.
This sandwich is the best for our health. It’s a low fat sandwich and can be made in no time.
