Murgh Laal Pari is again one of my own unique ways of making chicken. I tried to make it once and my husband just loved it. It was this chicken which gave me the inclination towards starting my own blog and sharing my recipes with everyone. Well I hope that just like my husband loved it all you friends out there would also enjoy it with your families…J
Ingredients
1 whole Chicken
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ Cup Cashew nuts
2 Tbsp Butter
¼ Cup Tomato sauce
1 Cup Thick coconut milk
1 Tsp Red chili powder
Salt to taste
Red Color optional.
Method
- Boil the chicken in ginger garlic paste with very little water.
- Grind the Cashew nuts with little water and make a fine paste.
- In a dekchi, heat butter.
- Add cashew nut paste, tomato sauce, coconut milk and red chili powder. Mix well.
- Add the chicken and cook till done.
- Add the salt.
- Garnish with lots of kothmir and serve hot with naan or roti.
