Ingredients
½ Cup Dahi (Curd)
1 Pack Bread Slices
½ Kg Kheema (cooked with ginger garlic and red chilli powder)
2 Potatoes (Medium sized and Boiled)
2 Cucumbers
1 Carrot (Grated)
½ Cup Green Chutney
½ Cup Aamli Khajoor Chutney
½ Cup Sev
¼ Cup Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Red Chili Powder to Taste
Salt to Taste
Method
- Cut the boiled potatoes into square 1”pieces and mix it with the green chutney.
- Slice the cucumber into two length wise and remove the middle portion. This will prevent water from running. Cut the cucumber after removing the middle portion.
- Beat the dahi with salt and red chili powder.
- Line the serving dish with bread slices and pour half of the salted dahi over it making sure the bread slices are well soaked in the dahi.
- Line the potatoes on top of the soaked bread slices. Line the cucumbers on top of the potatoes.
- Then line the kheema and dot it with khajoor amli chutney.
- Line bread slices again and top with the dahi and refrigerate it to set.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves and grated carrot and lots of sev.
